The Water's Edge Gallery

Located in a 170 year old former carriage house on the waterfront in the heart of Baddeck  (the original building was built on the other side of the Bras d;Or Lake circa 1840 and moved to Baddeck in 1895), The Water’s Edge features original artwork of over 100 Maritime artists.

Painters, potters, photographers, jewelers, weavers, hookers, woodturners, woodcarvers, quilters, and more from all over the Maritimes have works of art for sale in our gallery.  We also have a collection of heritage hooked mats that are looking for new homes.  If you are looking for that special one of a kind gift look no further.  We carry a variety of books and some of our favorite maritime ingredients from the café are also available.
